Chippenham Town Academy is proud to be recognised as an innovative and dynamic Football Academy that provides its players with a consistently high quality Football programme, pathways and education, with the ultimate goal to help players into Professional Football via the First Team.
Our vision is to be regarded as the best Academy and first choice for any young player in the South West of England. The Academy will support the ambitions of the Football Club by nurturing players who have the potential to have a career as professional players.
Whilst being realistic that only a small percentage of players will sustain careers as a Footballer, the Academy has a responsibility to all players to help balance their Football development, education and personal development while within the programme.
While our ultimate goal is to produce professional Footballers who contribute to the success and growth of Chippenham Town FC, we want every player to have found their time with us beneficial to their development both on and off the pitch.
