Freddie Grant signs new Chippenham contract
The Chippenham defender signs a two year deal.
Chippenham Town Football Club are delighted to announce that Freddie Grant has signed a new deal with the club, keeping him at the Thornbury Surfacing Stadium until the conclusion of the 2026/27 season!
Freddie could make his 250th National League South appearance against Chelmsford this weekend, and celebrates his milestone by extending his deal with the Bluebirds.
Upon signing, Grant said:
“I’m really happy with everything right now. Firstly the club is amazing with my family so I can’t thank them enough for that.
Gary Horgan giving us the licence & tools to play in such an attractive, competitive yet enjoyable way really makes me look forward to game day.
I’m really on board with the vision & challenges that have been set for the next 2 years”
Freddie Grant signed for us in July of 2023 following his departure from Farnborough, and he has made 64 appearances and has quickly become a fan favourite.
