Olaf Koszela joins Chippenham Town
The highly coveted forward becomes our fourth signing of the summer
Chippenham Town Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Olaf Koszela from Dorchester, subject to FA approval.
Koszela was most recently at Dorchester in the Southern Premier League Premier Division South, a division in which he finished as the third highest scorer with 28 goals. Dorchester would lose out in the semi-finals, to the eventually promoted AFC Totton.
Koszela began his career at Torquay United and featured for them across five seasons with multiple loan spells across the Southern League.
Appearances were limited for Koszela during his time with the Gulls, and he only scored once. That goal came towards the end of the 2018/19 season as Torquay were on the victory parade and visited the Thornbury Surfacing Stadium.
Koszela headed Torquay level and scored his first ever senior goal, at the Sheldon End.
Hopefully we will be seeing more goals from him at Thornbury Surfacing Stadium, just in blue this time!
Welcome to Chippenham Town Olaf 💙
