Jake signed for Chippenham Town on 23rd May 2023.
Jake started his career at Wiltshire neighbours Swindon Town, he departed the club in 2017 and joined Farnborough before being picked up by Cardiff City after a successful trial period. His time in Wales ended in 2020 and he found a new home at Hemel Hempstead Town where he had previously spent time on loan in the 2020-21 season.
He departed Hemel Hempstead in December 2020 switching to Hungerford Town where he spent a couple of season before departing at the end of the 2022-23 season.
