Bristol born, Mannings was formerly in the Bristol City and Oxford United academies and then joined Frome Town in 2018.
He would play his first season at step 2 with Bath City, before crossing Somerset once more to join Weston.
2023/24 would see Rex play 33 league matches, including scoring the winner for The Seagulls in their 1-0 win at the Thornbury Surfacing Stadium in March 2024.
