UPDATE: Dartford Supporters Coach Travel – Thursday 12th May 2022
Ladies and Gentlemen, following our fantastic success at Havant on Saturday, we are running a coach to Dartford for the Vanarama National League South Play-Off Eliminator on Thursday 12th of May.
The response has, as always, been fantastic so thank you very much to all supporters who have expressed interest and reserved their seats. To this point we have 56 places reserved on the coach to Dartford which is a brilliant effort from all of our supporters as we will definitely need to be the 12th man for this one!
This leaves just FIVE spaces remaining on the coach so if you are looking to reserve your space, act quickly to avoid disappointment.
For those already booked or for those wanting more information before doing so. The coach is going to be with Ellisons and will be departing Bristol Road Car Park at 3:30pm for arrival in Dartford at 7pm. There will be a brief comfort stop at Cobham Services where they have various food and drink suppliers and facilities for those travelling to enjoy. Please refrain from taking or buying alcohol before departure from either Chippenham or Cobham Service Station as alcohol will not be permitted on the Supporters Coach. Please arrive at the ground at 3:15pm to ensure a smooth getaway at 3:30pm.
All payment must be made IN CASH to Jonny Garraway on the day. Jonny will be taking payment as you get onto the bus. ALL SEATS are £10 per person to cover the expense of travel, sadly we can offer no concessions or child prices for this trip. As you can imagine, with the quick turnaround between Havant on Saturday and travelling to Dartford on Thursday with no ability to pre-book or knowledge that we would even require a coach this has been put together quickly albeit fantastically by the club and it’s personnel.
To that point, anybody who has reserved their seats on the coach. Due to not being able to take advance payment, this is reliant on everybody making sure they turn up to cover the expense of the travel so the club have taken the following precautions. All seats must be paid for on the day, no exceptions. Anybody who has reserved a seat must give the club written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before Thursday 12th of May so as we can attempt to reach out to our reserve list and fill the space. Failure to do so will result in you still being charged for your reservation so please be aware that if you are reserving a space, it’s with the full intention of taking up your space.
