VACANCY: Academy Coach & Performance Analyst 

Chippenham Town Football Club are looking to hire an Academy Coach & Performance Analyst (U18, U19 + B TEAM).

Job Description

The Academy Coach & Performance Analyst will undertake a dual role, supporting both on-pitch coaching delivery and off-pitch performance analysis across the U18 / U19 and B Team programmes.

Working closely with the Academy Manager and coaching staff, the post-holder will assist with the planning, delivery, and review of training sessions and matches, while leading the collection, analysis, and presentation of performance information.

The role is designed to support the technical, tactical, and psychological development of players in line with the Academy’s philosophy and long-term objectives.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Essential

• Experience coaching within an academy or youth development environment

• Practical experience of football performance analysis

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• UEFA coaching qualification (B/A or working towards)

• Experience working with YDP or PDP programmes

• Experience producing opposition and individual analysis

• Understanding of weekly training structures within an academy environment
