Tom re-joined The Bluebirds on 3rd November following his departure from Havant & Waterlooville.
Tom initially joined the club in 2021/22 season, initially on loan before signing permanent forms for the following season. He spent the entirety of the 2022/23 season before joining Havant & Waterlooville in the summer.
